Terms of business for stock brokering

We are brokers who work with a handful of selected, reliable, well supplied Italian authorized stock dealers, many of them more than 25 years in the business. All merchandise guaranteed to be genuine, with original tags and labels and evidence when applicable. Best authenticity guarantee: all goods can be inspected in person!

We do not re-post lots looked up on other sites, we are actually directly in contact with who has the goods in their warehouse.

Business terms and procedures

In general the dealers minimum orders are about Euro 10,000 but can be smaller. If requested we will also verify your order before shipment for you. In this case we ask also Euro 275/day for travel expenses for lots within Italy.

We do not handle payments, which will be between you and the dealer. Dealers usually expect advance payment for the full amount by bank money transfer on the basis of the proforma invoice. If you prefer to pay cash in person, credit card, L/C, please let us know beforehand. Most dealers can arrange shipping, however if you have your own international freight account such as DHL, this is even better. If you are also brokers/agents like us, please note: we cannot pay any commissions on sales. Please request any commissions to your client/s

As inventories change by the hour we cannot keep stock lists available. We recommend you to first place a general inquiry with desired brands, types of goods and quantities. After verifying general availability we invite you to visit the warehouses with us to select goods. Please note that lots do not necessarily have to be purchased whole, fractions of lots can be bought, however it will be necessary to purchase each item in the full range of sizes.

Who can buy

  • Purchase offers are accepted from retailers, wholesaler and traders with a registered business and VAT or tax id number. We prefer NOT to deal with brokers. Nothing against them, it just doesn’t work out for us because decision making too slow, margins too small for everyone etc.

The process

Here is a summary of the whole process.
Contact us to let us know the type of merchandise you are interested in (type, brand, men or women, price points etc.)

  1. We will then get back to you with general availability and pricing and invite you to visit in person to select the goods and close the deal.
  2. Once goods are approved by you, a proforma invoice will be prepared by dealer. Payment must be made to dealer before goods can be shipped. Normally payments are made by T/T bank transfer, some dealers, but not all, accept credit cards.
  3. Once funds are received, the goods will be shipped according to the arrangements made. Please note that in no case the goods will be released until full payment has been received. If you are in a hurry, please consider that International payments by wire transfer can take up to one business week to complete, so please calculate timing and act accordingly.
  4. In the unlikely event that there are any problems with the goods or with the delivery, we will help you sort the matter out until you are satisfied. We want you to come back and buy more!


Please specify if in general you will use your own freight account for pick up and shipment of the goods or whether you’d like the dealer to take care of shipping and prepare an estimate. In either case please specify destination address and invoicing details. Very roughly speaking, air freight costs are about 1 Euro for each pair of jeans (this is figured by sending 500 pairs of jeans to the US; smaller quantities will cost more). Dealers will provide an exact estimate for your specific order.
Customs fees: Merchandise destinated outside the EU will be charged duty and fees upon entering your country. Duties and fees vary and depend on each receiving country’s policies. Very broadly speaking for fashion items you can figure between 5-15% of invoice.

Authenticity and “paperwork”

All goods we advertise are 100% authentic. The REAL brand name goods are scarce and expensive. That is why here you will not find tons of goods advertised for any given brand nor huge discounts for top merchandise.
This is why we invite you to come and see the goods when possible, at least the first time. You will be spending significant amounts of money, we want you to spend it in confidence.

About “paperwork”: everyone uses this word loosely, however the only “paperwork” that exists for fashion stocklots is the dealers’ purchase invoice. Since this is a confidential document (would you show your purchase invoices around?) it is usually not sent but shown privately if requested, upon a personal visit. Believe us, we work with the few dealers in the world who purchase their goods directly from Diesel, Gucci, Ferragamo etc, there is no other kind of “paperwork”. Also beware of those claiming to send “full paperwork”; papers can be forged very easily by anyone with a computer, papers are much more easily forged than garments.
Paperwork can usually be seen in person at the dealers. It will NOT be sent by email or fax. This is because it has happened that paperwork sent to clients has been stolen and used to back counterfeit or non-existent merchandise with big damages to our suppliers. Usually dealers can provide their own written guarantee of authenticity and lawful origin and declaration that garments are free to be sold in your country.

Please note that we cannot book visits to stock warehuses to just look around.
