GENERAL BUSINESS TERMS FOR BUYERS:
-Minimum orders: 1 pallet (approximately 600 bottles of 0,75 liters) per wine producer.
-Payments: first orders by T/T prepaid.
-Prices are usually indicated in Euro, EXW and do not including VAT, duties, custom fees, excises.
-Freight: usually by refrigerated container is recommmended
-Each producer often assigns only one distributor for each country (for each state in case of the USA) It is therefore possible that a particular label is already "taken" for your country. We can help you to find out and recommend alternatives.
PLEASE BEWARE THAT IN MOST COUNTRIES THERE ARE PARTICULAR REGULATIONS TO IMPORT WINE AND OTHER ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES.
Check with your customs broker for the necessary requirements before buying. Requirements often include:
-Importer must have a specific business license
-Bottles must have labels with required consumer information
Often additional taxes such as excise are levied on spirits besides duties.
We can of course assist with all the necessary items from the producer side: invoices, packing lists, labelling, laboratory analysis etc.
