BUSINESS TERMS FOR DISTRIBUTORS:
-Minimum orders: 100 pcs per item code (standard labeling in Italian and English).
-Payments: by T/T prepaid for items in stock. For special orders: by T/T, 40% deposit at order, balance when goods ready to ship.
-Custom labeling available for orders of above 500 pcs per item code. Packaging will be printed in the language of your choice.
-Packaging/labeling: products are EU market-ready.
-Available certifications are:
a) microbiological laboratory test for each type of product.
b) Microbiological laboratory tests performed on the Chianti wines employed in the formula.
c) a “dermathologically tested” label can be printed on the packages upon request (for orders of more than 500 pcs per item code.)
-Promotional materials: The following promotional materials are supplied with each order (see picture in next page):
a) 4 page leaflets with full product line description.
b) 8 page heavy card stock booklets on how to use the products.
c) sample presentation cases containing 4 10 ml tubes of different products.
-Private label/OEM: possible for large orders, please inquire for details.
-Exclusive: exclusive distributorship may be granted for a given country. When granted, exclusive is at first given for a trial six month period after which it may be renewed yearly if required sales volume have been reached.
